- Eat small meals every 3-4 hours. Combine quality carbs (whole wheat bread, brown rice) with protein (chicken, fish, tofu,turkey, eggs)
- Eat fruit in moderation. Fruit are healthy but they contain high quantities of sugar. The sugar in fruit can be compared to 2-3 table spoons of sugar for a medium sized fruit.
- Don’t hold any sweets in the house. If your kids want a treat, go out and buy them (one!) and don’t take home any leftovers.
- Eat vegetables, at least 8-9 a day. That is not easy to do unless you do some juicing which allows you to consume all the vitamins, minerals and enzymes our body needs. Juicing is the least expensive way to lose the extra pounds. No need to buy diet peels, expensive protein bars etc.. you just need a decent juicer. - Drink water. Stop drinking all sweetened juices.

If you follow these simple guidelines you will find you are losing the extra pounds gradually and safely.
There is no point in following fad diets (cabbage Soup Diet anyone? Lemon Detox?). These “quick fixes” never last long, ad bouncing back as we all know involves binging and self hate.
This vicious cycle must come to an end.
Understand this has nothing to do with your will power.
Binging is the body’s attempt to get back the vital food it requires.
If you don’t give your body what it needs to survive, it will eventually drive you into binging.

If you want to lose weight fast try to juice mostly vegetables, with only one fruit in the mixture for sweet taste.
