What is the Best Way to Lose Weight Fast? There are literally thousands of Diets out there on the Internet and in the magazines. Atkins, fasting, no carbs, groups of carbs, water only, grapefruit only, Walking, Talking, Dancing, Prancing, and the list goes on and on. So now we get back to the original question: What is the Best Way to Lose Weight Fast?
Many Fad Diets are outright dangerous, especially the diets that have you running to your local pharmacy and buying over the counter miracle cures. The thing that they fail to tell you is that CHEMICALS ARE UNNATURAL. When you stop taking the pills, the weight comes right back on, another thing to remember is that ANY unnatural chemical introduced to your body WILL HAVE SIDE EFFECTS, it is not supposed to be there!!!
Depriving your body of anything it needs will in the long run, not only make you want to “Binge Eat” but also cause damage to your digestive system and overall health. Grapefruit only, Meat and Protein only, Fad Juice Diets are further examples of this. Your body needs Carbohydrates, just the right ones in the right amount.
