Fourth, to burn fat faster people should buy foods with less fat (25% less than normal) or low fat (less than 5per 100g of product) at the grocery store. The plan should allow you to eat meats in moderation (contains saturated fatty acids, iron concentrate and salt) twice a week accompanied by raw or cooked vegetables.
